Our researchers work from the trade press, regulator publications and industry studies of the field under review. Nothing in a guide is recycled from a neighbouring sector, and the sources behind each guide are printed at the foot of it for any reader to check.
The practice behind the site takes on a small number of campaigns at a time. Scarcity is deliberate: an agency that studies two hundred industries still has to choose which few clients it can serve properly each quarter.
We are based in North Kingstown, Rhode Island, and we work with clients across the United States by phone, video and the occasional newsroom visit.

His view is simple: advice is only worth what it knows about your field. That is why this site refuses the generic list of agency tips and writes the longer, narrower guide instead.
