The office
The practice works from 131 Chimney Rock Drive, North Kingstown, RI 02852. Meetings are by appointment, in person at the office or by video call, and campaign work is carried out for clients across the United States.
Enquiries are answered in the order they arrive. Expect a first reply that names the guide for your industry, sets out the questions we would ask on an opening call, and gives an honest view on whether this practice is the right fit.
What happens after you write
First, a short call to test fit: your industry, your market, the story you need told and the date that matters. If the fit is wrong we will say so on that call and, where we can, point you to the kind of agency that fits better.
Then a written proposal: the stories we would pitch first, the press list behind them, the senior person who would lead, the fixed monthly figure and the reporting rhythm. Nothing is billed and nothing is pitched until you have signed that proposal.
